Extract from bulk documents
Run extraction for documents uploaded in the workflow. Safe to call again: only cells that have not been settled are re-run, so completed work is not redone and values a person has edited or verified are not overwritten; a long run continues across multiple internal executions rather than stopping partway. Only documents that have already converted are covered - documents still converting are skipped, not queued. Set extract_when_ready on the upload call to start extraction automatically once the whole batch is ready instead of polling for this yourself.
